In order to ensure that 100kva biogas generator is 100% qualified, our factory has strict quality inspection process.
1).Strict inspection of all components
2).Strict inspection of AC Alternator, including AVR, copper wire, insulating varnish, silicon steel sheet.
3).Check gas engines, including cylinder heads, cylinders, superchargers, exhaust manifolds, etc.
4).Check gas engine electronic control circuit
5).Check the heat sink, radiator and radiator lines.
6).Check the ECU, the brain of the gas generator set.
7).Check the control module to ensure that the generator control system is operating properly.
